We have a fully trained team ready and waiting to provide you with our accredited training. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we are providing these courses online via Zoom.  In usual circumstances you can either come to our fully accredited training centre (approved centre AC02282) or we can come to your place of business, whatever is easier for you.  

All of our courses are accredited by the relevant bodies and you will be provided with a certificate upon passing your course.  

Courses run all week and at weekends to fit your needs.

Why do I need Driver CPC Training?

Driver CPC was introduced in 2009 to ensure all HGV drivers retrain to the same standard. 

If you’re caught driving HGV’s professionally without a Driver CPC, you could face up to £1,000 in fines.

REMEMBER… All drivers wishing to drive for professional purposes are required to complete 35 hours of periodic training across every 5 year period.

Digital Tachograph and Drivers Hours

Course No. — CRS14114/2282

Description

Attendees to have a working knowledge of the drivers hours regulations. To be aware of the EU Regulations and working time directive and their responsibilities for this. Receive a visual demonstration of analogue and digital tachograph operating process.

Driver Behaviour, Customer Care and Company Image

Course No. — CRS14113/2282

Description

Trainees will recognise the current UK driving licence. Correctly identify the categories defined on UK driving licence and explain the information listed in each category. Comply with the London congestion and low emission zone regulations.

Emergency Aid and Health and Safety

 

Course No. — CRS14115/2282

Description

Attendees will receive a detailed history of the HASAW act 1974. Have a working knowledge of employee rights in H&S. Be aware of the employees responsibilities to ensure H&S guidelines are adhered to at all times.

Safe Systems of Work and Safe Loading

Course No. — CRS14117/2282

Description

Trainees will be informed of the manual handling operations regulations 1992. Be able to conduct a pre handling risk assessment. Recognise the physical damage poor listening may cause.

Vehicle Defects Reporting and Safe and Fuel-Efficient Driving Theory

Course No. — CRS14116/2282

Description

Attendees will be introduced to the functions and purpose of DVSA. Be able to list all daily required vehicle checks, Receive instructions on defect reporting best practices.
