Will Barnes Limited is a family run recruitment agency that offers a bespoke recruitment service where we put our clients and employees needs first. We have over 20 years experience in HGV driving, recruitment and administration and are constantly improving to deliver the best service possible for our clients.
Director, William Barnes, has been driving HGV vehicles for over 20 years and previously owned a very successful haulage company. In 2018, after dealing with many recruitment agencies, William decided he could offer a much better service and opened Will Barnes Ltd recruitment agency with his partner Serena Howse.
The business has grown significantly and now offers

We now have a huge amount of staff on our books for warehouse work, HGV driving, administration and cleaners. We have achieved everything to date through hard work and determination and with our motto:

William Barnes has run and managed many companies and holds over 20 years experience in HGV and PCV driving and warehouse positions. William started the company as he knew he could offer a much better service in the Agency world as he was receiving and getting input back. William’s knowledge of the industry is extensive and this shows in the staff supplied.
Serena Howse has worked for the company from the start and offers over 25 years recruitment and administration experience and has grown with the company.
Tim has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge within the bus and coach industry which then lead to a career within the training department of a local council.
His passion is in training and development and he brings a wealth of experience in this industry to the company where he will be offering a vast number of training courses.
Tim is keen to ensure a relaxing, enjoyable and stimulating work and learning environment for our clients.
Zoe has proven experience in recruitment, payroll and planning from a previous role, which she held for two years. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration, too. Zoe very much enjoys being in this industry and utilising her experience and customer service skills to succeed in her job.
Zelda has over 15 years of experience in training, development and awarding. Starting her career in health and fitness she has managed to transfer her skills to a number of industries including education, business, building and construction, waste removal and logistics.
Zelda has a wealth of knowledge in customer service, administration and management and is keen to help optimise business processes and maximise customer satisfaction.
